Welcome to my styled page!
Step 1:
- DOCTYPE means Document Type. It tells what version HTML is.
- A link that leads to another page.
- Word Processor makes things more complicatted and most of the time, it makes the files unreadable.
Step 2
- It tells the browser which part of the document is affected by the rule.
- The property that sets the background color is 'background color'. For text, it would be 'color'.
- You change the color to yellow.
Step 3
- The H1 tag.
- You never know what types of fonts people have on their computers; having extra can help.
Step 4
- It moved the main text over to the right.
- The size of the font. 2em is twice the size of the font.
- It affects the entire text and it moves it around.
Step 5
- When you put the pointer near it, there's a background color around the link
- It doesn't do anything.
- It helps tell the difference between visited and unvisited links.
Step 6
- There are dashed, double, grooved, ridged, inset, and outset.
Step7
- Instead of managing everything from one style sheet, it'll be easier to manage everything in a separate style so you won't be confused or mess up as easily.
- The link is <link rel="stylesheet" href=mystyle.css>
